Month of May, 2021

Well, May was an entirely interesting month.  Aunt Vicki was here for many days and she took good care of me.  She played with me and then I'd get tired and sleep near her in case she wanted to play again.

She had a birthday on Cinqa de Mayo and PM took her to lunch with Paula [who also had her birthday on that day] and Cindi [who isn't going to be here on her 6/6 birthday].  Paula is very talented and made AV a shirt which has MY photo on it!  It's the whole truth!!  Here's PM and AV and then AV in her new shirt!

PM had to take AV to the airport on Mother's Day but before she did, PM decided to take a tumble.  She said she was OK to drive and didn't have a headache or anything, but in a few days, she looked pretty colorful!

She's much less colorful now.

PM got a new kitchen table and I like it a lot because I can go under it an watch her while she eats!

We had a bad rain storm and our shed in the backyard nearly got washed away.  It's a good thing PM got rid of most of the stuff from inside.  You can see how deep the water was!

On one of our walks, PM noticed something in a little hole in the street.  It was my name tag which PM didn't know I'd lost.  It was about six houses away from our house and PM was very happy she found it.

I'm getting big and my legs are very long.  I can reach PM's desktop with my paws so she can't hide any snacking from me!

I had a few highlights in May:  I saw my first motorcycle and am not a fan.  I tried to eat a squished frog but PM caught me and I didn't get near it.  Also, I met two baby boys but they are only 4 and 6 weeks old and can't play with me yet.

PM is now trying to teach me to play soccer even though she doesn't know anything about the sport.  I think she needs help from my People Brother Steve but he's traveling in Stevie Ray Van.
